I am a researcher working in the lab of Dr. Kapaettu Satyamoorthy at MAHE. My work operates at the intersection of molecular biology and computational science, aiming to decipher the complex regulatory networks in cancer progression.
Academic & Research Journey
My expertise lies in analyzing high-throughput sequencing data to identify biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Currently, my doctoral work focuses on:
- Genomic Characterization: Mapping viral integration sites in cervical cancer genomes.
- Transcriptomics: Differential expression analysis of coding and non-coding RNAs.
- Workflow Development: Creating standardized pipelines for reproducible clinical genomics.
