About Me

I am a PhD scholar at the Manipal School of Life Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education. My research lies at the confluence of bioinformatics, cancer genomics, miRNA prediction, and data-driven therapeutic discovery. I am passionate about translating complex omics data into clinically actionable insights and open-access platforms.

In parallel, I serve as a wellness and spiritual science facilitator with the Art of Living Foundation. I teach Sudarshan Kriya, conduct meditation retreats, and practice Meru Chikitsa, a vibrational healing technique. My work integrates science and spirit, striving for holistic well-being and meaningful human progress.

Through this platform, I share my journey across academia, service, and storytelling — from sequencing genomes to reviving traditional Chittara art, from scripting pipelines to narrating wellness in Kannada.
